This notice offers details of the privacy practices that apply to M-Networks products, services and websites worldwide (collectively, M-Networks "services").
Information Collection and Usage
M-Networks collects personal information when you register for a service or otherwise voluntarily provide such information. M-Networks uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience. M-Networks servers automatically record information when you visit our website, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.We may send our email newsletter and notices of promotions and upcoming events, if the customer or visitor has so opted to receive these communications. M-Networks customers will automatically be subscribed to our email newsletter as part of the set up process. All customers have the opportunity to choose to opt out from receiving our newsletter. Customer information will not be shared or distributed.
M-Networks uses a third party for credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
M-Networks uses pixel tags and other methods to gather information about the emails we send to our registered users and recipients of emails sent by our registered users to others. Pixel tags are tiny graphic files that are included in our HTML-encoded email messages. When such a message is opened in an HTML-capable email program, the recipient's computer will access M-Networks' servers to retrieve the pixel tag file, allowing M-Networks to record and store information such as email address, date and time the recipient viewed the email message, if the recipient's email program is capable of receiving HTML, and other logging information. M-Networks uses this information to optimize delivery of future messages to specific recipients.
Disclosure of Information
We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis. We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of M-Networks. When we use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.
