M-Networks Seeks Testers for Call Control Software

Bloomfield, New Jersey, October 16, 2006 - Bloomfield, New Jersey based software development company M-Networks is currently inviting organizations and companies to apply to become beta testers for their new call management software. The Unified Call Control Gateway acts as a bridge between the PC and PBX giving users the power to control voice communications from their computers. Companies who employ Microsoft® Live Communication Server and Asterisk® PBX systems are welcome to apply. The beta testing period will last until the software's official release on Nov 6, 2006.

The M-Networks Unified Call Control Gateway runs silently in the background as a Windows® service processing requests from Office Communicator to control an Asterisk® PBX. In environments using Cisco® 7900 series IP phones, the gateway supports extended functionality such as turning the phone speaker on/off as well as call hold capabilities. Features include call control, forwarding, notifications and PC to phone proxy.

Companies interested in applying to become beta testers for this new software should apply at the M-Networks website at www.m-networks.net. Companies agreeing to participate in this program will be eligible to purchase the full release software at discount prices.
